I find some of the comments about commercial suppliers a bit odd. I'm not here to promote Balun Designs products - I have no connection with them - but if you take a look at the performance shown here: http://www.balundesigns.com/catalog/1-1%20Stack%20Choke%20Imped.jpg you would have to assume he was using something much lossier than #61 material - it achieves close to 5k choking impedance or more from 40m thru 10m.
