A friend has a 31ft tall vertical with top hat about 17ft in dia.  Vertical has 
a wire cage spaced 2ft from vertical tubing.  It is a modified vertical made by 
someone in Texas.  Does the vertical sound familiar?  If so, email Dean, W5PJR, 
I think he has original info.  He uses it on 160M quite effectively.
