I've also seen pix of setups where six hamsticks are arranged, two split for
the driven element and two each joined at the centre for the director and
reflector.
Force 12, I believe, supplied one Dxped with what they called VDPA, or
vertical dipole phased arrays. They were on the F12 website before Tom sold
it, so I'm not sure if they're still on the site now.
