| I guess one could argue the other side of the coin. "You guys are over-engineering all of this. Just drill three 1" holes in the rock and epoxy the rebar or anchor bolts in. No concrete needed" :) I guess anything more than that is based on ??? Once you start pouring any concrete, you have to ask why? That's the engineering. It makes a lot of sense to not over-engineer.
