I just helped a friend move his SteppIR from one location to another. In doing so we replaced all of the boots and we then took and wrapped both ends of the boot with 3M-88 tape and then went back and taped the whole boot itself so that it is completely covered with 3M-88 tape. Hopefully we won't have to do it again for x? years. We find that the 3M-88 or 33 will last for years in our northern climate of WI.
