Yes, yes, it all DEPENDS on what you mean by specific, OF COURSE!
If your "specific" question is will my tower fall over in the next
windstorm,
then "it depends" is the best short answer. As an engineer I used "it
depends" many, many times because the question was too general for a
definitive answer.
