A year ago this same subject went around. A couple of months(sept or Oct) after
the 2008 FD our club decided to buy 2 of the switchable filters (I'm at work
and don't remember the model)
And in May of 2009 we had not received them yet so we just canceled them.
We tried many times to call and we did get thru once but most times did not

At least ICE is not out of business. And I guess its just plain luck if you

Both numbers, 800 423-2666 and 317 545-5412 do ring but no one picks up.

I've had the same problem with them before and it was just luck getting them
on the phone. Sometimes orders take 2-3 months to get shipped. I've got
one that old now and need to get in touch with them.
What phone number are you using? I get a "Not in Service" message on their
800 number.
