Jorge - HNY! I use it with the 7800 using the CI-V line. Also on the CI-V
live are the Stepp-IR and PW-1. I have a Bandmaster Decoder Matrix board from
McKay Radio Products (www.mckayproducts.com) that interfaces between the
Six-Pak and the Bandmaster so I can override the Bandmaster using the Six-Pak
(requires soldering one wire to the Six-Pak circuit board). Really a neat
gadget - contact Mark, K1PU, at McKay for more info. The computer is running
DXBase or N1MM is COM1 to the 7800 - everything switches with one click.

Hello Mike,
Wich radio do you use with sixpack and Bandmaster? I have this setup with a
Kenwood radio but I have problem to use Win-test or N1MM. This software´s
didn´t do radio control.
About more voltage as some guys suggested me, I have it in the shack, the
control box is 10 feets from the antennas box and my power supply is giving
it 14V.
Each one alone works 100% (Bandmaster & sixpack alone, N1MM and Win-Test
without the Bandmaster), but when I open one of this contest software, they
not follow band changes.
Thanks!!
Jorge

Dale - I have never seen a post on this reflector complaining about the "six
pack" - that being said, I can tell you that I have had intermittent relay
closure problems. This has been a rare occurrence from the beginning, even
though my relay box is in an air conditioned shack. It seemed to happen
when I "soft switched" the knob instead of turning the knob with more gusto.
I now use it with the Bandmaster and have never had a problem since. I
never blew an amp because I always listen first before transmitting - if I
don't hear any signal, I don't transmit. I have always have prompt, caring,
and knowledgeable responses from Bob and Jay. Array Solutions is a "first
class" operation. No, neither are my brother-in-law!

Wow. 'notorious', 'always'
So, when can I expect my sixpak to become 'notorious'?
That little blue box has been working just fine since March 1999.
