The keepers where removed when I received it.
Is brand new, anyway I did this check when antenna A have a brake (sometimes
lost RX) and now is working OK.

Check the array solutions website about adjusting the relays and/or
removing the "relay keepers". There's a doc that explains exactly what
to do.
