Paul:
I would get out binoculars and look at the cables, etc on the tower. The
problem may not be with the rotator, but with a cable that has been whipped
by the wind and may be tangles, preventing rotation further than 75 degrees.
Climbing up and having a look while someone else operates the rotator may be
the better way to diagnose the problem.
