That Hustler thing was designed to be used with their trap vertical. It
probably has properties other than just a trap. It is $50 from AES...
The Unadilla/W2AU traps are actually real traps. In simple words the 30
meter portion before the trap will be full sized. The 40 meter portion,
after the trap, will be slightly shortened because of the coil portion of
the trap. The traps are $48 from AES.
In simple English, from the W2AU chart, the 30 meter portion is 23' 1" and
after the trap is 7' 5" for 40 meters. The antenna will be overall 30',
which is 3' shorter than full size.

Hustler makes a 30 meter trap add on kit for the xBTV series of trap
verticals that is reasonable.

Subject: [TowerTalk] Traps for vertical antennas
Is their anyone building and selling traps these days? I would like
to combined my 30 / 40m vertical with a 30m trap. Also I'm building a
160m vertical and would be nice to have a 80m trap !
DX engineering sells a vertical with a 30m trap but will not sell the
trap separately
Building my own is a thought, will do a google search and see what I
can come up with
Thanks Ed N5DG
