I have a US Tower TX-455 (55 foot) crank up/tilt-over, with a TiltPlate 
that allows working onthe antenna at ground level.  It's withstood 90 
mph gusts here in the Rockies.  I also have a SteppIR 4L with the 30/40M 
add-on.  Works great!
