I've also seen STRONG interaction between guys and a 3-el SteppIR mounted 
just above their anchor points on the tower. This was on a temporary rig. You 
can, of course, reduce this a lot with enough egg insulators, but you would 
need at least two in each guy wire to stay isolated to 10M. I used 
Phillystran for the top guy set on my tower, EHS and insulators for the 
bottom three sets.
