Ch 13 might be an issue for 220 MHz weak signal work. I agree with Pete that 
there should be no other problems unless one of the rigs is very badly tuned. 

On the other hand, you might have some RFI to home entertainment systems if 
you're REALLY close. Now that it's all digital, it would show up as an elevated 
noise level.
