There is a Gmail "feature" which is extremely irritating
when used with email reflectors: your own posts DO NOT end up in your
inbox. They do this to prevent "clutter" in your inbox. So you can't see
at a glance where you entered a long thread; you can't reply to
yourself, etc.
Otherwise Gmail is pretty good.
