It's one antenna vs two.  The boom is only 2 ft longer than the HyGain.  Yes 
the elements are full size on 20, so a little more torque compared to the TH3 
but you don't have the other dipole, so subtract that.
I doubt there is any tower that can't support a 3 ele SteppIR.
You get to eliminate a feedline, get more gain on the WARC bands, 
reduce the amount of rotor wear and tear.

You should have no problem assembling it in a day.  You mount the housings on 
the boom, fit the poles together, tape them, attach them to the housings, and 
hook up 12 wires.  No measuring, cutting, drilling.

The only thing I caution you about is to make absolutely certain you get the 
wiring right.  Then check it again, then have three friends check it for you, 
then check it again.  If you cause a short or criss cross some wires you can 
damage the controller.  Make sure the cable can't get pinched when the rotor 
turns.
Get the picture?  Then standby for some real fun when you get on the air.
