Going way back to my electric utility days... A new 40/5 will probably cost more than a tower. Using the existing pole that they are replacing for 3 phase service will be much, much less expensive, depending on its condition. I'm not aware of any problems with creosote. The simpler you make it for the crew and the company, the less it will cost you. You may want to run a mast up the tower and place the rotor at the bottom, turning both the mast and the antenna, as a unit. Good Luck!
