[TowerTalk] new ham towers in Dallas

I would like to know if anyone has tried to put up a new tower in the last few 
years in Dallas. Specifically have you run into problems with getting a permit 
or had your permit request denied. The city added a provision to the ordinance 
a few years ago that outright bans towers in many locations. They did this to 
prohibit towers in front yards but their definition of what is a front yard is 
a bit of a stretch
