[TowerTalk] diamond discone

I have one laying in my back yard.  It has what appears to be a coil at the 
base of the vertical stinger in the center of the top.  that might be a 
limiting factor on power.  I have not used this antenna in years but it is 
complete.  I was using it for a scanner antenna.
