if you're using "in ground" anchors (like the screw in variety from AB
Chance) the manufacturer's data sheet gives pullout forces.
If you're using "big weight in ground" anchors, you could do a worst
case (smallest pull out force) calculation with seeing how much force it
takes to lift the block out of the ground.
