Two conductor # 28. bonded PVC jacket, sometimes ref'd to as "zip cord".
Possible applications: beverage ( can double it up by twisting conductors
at each end together, or double the run so that 4 conductors are combined =
# 20 AWG prox);
light weight portable wire antenna;
fixed wire antennas (as long as max. pull strength 35 pounds or less via
either counter weight thru pulley (for installation between trees) or no
counter weight needed between fixed structures);
Any wire antenna installation where high strength is required, IF the wire
is strung with rope where the construction allows the rope to address any
pull tension over approx 35 lbs. (we will pull test this cable to determine
accurate spec if you need it, may be higher than 35 lbs.... pull load is
relative to the first point at which the wire will stretch wire stretch);
or speaker or keyer connections, etc.
Other specs: .035" OD, 2 bonded for .070" overall OD. ea conductor is 40
strands of #44 bare copper.
Combining 2 # 28 awg = #25 awg prox. Combining 4 = #20 awg prox . NOTE: was
for an a/c applica. thus no ID on either conductor
