[TowerTalk] Mosley TA 33

I have a Mosley TA 33 that we put up today, it doesn't want to resonate
anywhere useful. Any advice on anything I need to look out for?

All the traps are correct, and it's built exactly to spec.

Also, would a 13B2 vertically oriented above this beam interfere with it's
operation.
