I have installed many large antennas by clipping a quality pulley to the
mast or tower and pulling them up. It works great! A gin pole is not
necessary unless you are mounting the antenna above the top of your mast.

Actually Steve my question was pretty simple. I will quote it for
you, "Can anybody recommend a ginpole setup for the AN Wireless towers?"
You just assumed I meant for erecting it. A crane for initial build
makes sense as long as the weather holds. I plan on having the tower
and antennas all ready to go. I am looking for a ginpole to have when
stuff breaks (not if).
Hooking onto a mast is not the same thing in many regards. Some of
the nicest aspect of working with a ginpole at the top of a tower is
the pulley on the top and the rope not getting caught up on top of the
tower since it goes does the ginpole tube, etc. There are a number
of good reasons to have a ginpole.
I could do a trolleys setup. I have put up a number of large
antennas that way but the lateral load picks up in a hurry in that
configuration. I am not sure I want to do that with self supporting
tower and with no guys - why do it?
I have a ginpole for Rohn 25-55 that has worked great for many years.
I want to find one to fit this particular tower. It is looking like
I will be fabricating one.
So, back to my question:
Can anybody recommend a ginpole setup for the AN Wireless towers?
Thanks,
Darin
