If you use electrical PVC conduit, it is rated for outdoor use and UV resistant. I think you'll have more trouble getting paint to stick and stay on PVC than damage from UV exposure. > Cut your PVC pipe in half on a TABLESAW. You now have an instant "cable > tray", and it is cheap.
