[TowerTalk] Digging The Hole Update

On Friday I met with a representative of a sign installation company. No 
problem digging a 4' diameter hole by his company. In fact they can do the 
rebar cage and cement work also. Total cost is just under $1500. Now to get it 
scheduled.

Thanks to everyone who responded to my original query on how to dig it.
