[TowerTalk] comments on MFJ's Hy-Gain monobanders?

Wondering if anyone can comment on the quality (electrical and mechanical) of 
the current
run of Hy-Gain HF monobanders produced by MFJ as compared to 30 (or so) years 
ago?

First-hand information sought, but anecdotal info OK too.
