When Gerald, K5GW built his full size 3L 80M Yagi (an awesome sight to see) he
hauled a Kenwood TS-930 (if memory serves me) and an SWR meter to the top of
the 200 foot tower to tune it, so a laptop and an analyzer would be
comparativly easy.
