Use both elements to form a Y from the tips to the pull line, or a
separate line to just one of the elements. The antenna will tend to
rotate a bit when using a single line but should still be controllable.
(YMMV) If they are lineally loaded, just use the ends. Used much like
the sling. When raising use knots with pull lines to disconnect.
Usually the antenna can be rotated about the boom to get at the ends of
the elements from lower down on the tower to attach the control lines.
It's easier to do than to explain.
