Hi all,
Thanks to all of you who sent me input.
Since the item is at ground level and accessible for touchup, cleaning
it to ZRC cold galvanizing standards would be a lot of work, and I
wanted it a different color anyway; I decided to just paint it.
I'm using Rustoleum primer after substantial wire brushing (the
humidity has dropped enough) and will then use Rustoelum top coat.
