[TowerTalk] Cable vendor?

Can anyone suggest suggest a good (cheap) vendor for outdoor shielded (& 
direct bury) Cat5e, flooded heat shrink tubing and/or direct bury F6 or 
RG6 cable?
Now that it's below freezing I'm working on beverage updates in the snow 
here in mid-NY State.
