I use a heat gun just like this, you can't go wrong for 9.99. No worries
about the wattage as you just hold it further away from the heat shrink.

barrel of a crimp-on coax connector. What wattage heat gun will do a proper
job of shrinking the 3/4 inch tubing covering the RG-213 connector's barrel?
