I also had a change of heart and am going with an LM-470 instead of the Rohn 45.
 
So I have Three (3) GAR 30 Anchors, One BPC45G Base Plate and One 3/4 X 12 Pier 
Pin.
My cost was $258 plus $85 shipping !!!. I'll let all five pieces go for $230, 
pick-up in
Vail, AZ (20m SSE of Tucson) or you pay shipping.
