Kirk is exactly correct. It is a little hard to get the PL259s off and on.
I seldom fool around with connecting and disconnecting. I find that to be a
small problem. I didn't buy the other model because it has to be mounted to
the wall or the operating desk. That was not acceptable because I couldn't
find a convenient place to mount the thing. According the folks at Alpha
Delta the inside stuff is interchangeable.
I tried their "electronic switch" first but I had RF problems and couldn't
get them worked out, so I gave that one away. I don't think that any of
these are still in production.

I guest operated a few times at a station which had that
particular switch. I found it to be very difficult to get
PL-259 connectors on and off. There was not enough room
between the SO-238 jacks. Personally, I'd stay away from
that design if I had a choice.
