Hello Bill:
I have been using the W0IYH choke design for many years.
It uses 100 beads over RG-142 teflon coax.
I install PL-259s on both ends of the choke so that it can be installed in
series with my feedlines
The performance of this choke has been superb 1.8 to 30 MHz.
There are several installation pictures on my web site.
I use them at every antenna feedpoint, at every antenna switch and at the output
of every amplifier.
