[TowerTalk] Need Information for Erecting a TriEx Sky Needle.

I'm hoping that someone who reads this post may have a Sky Needle manual or
can send me in a direction to some one who does.  Any specifications would
be helpful but details on the installation of the concrete base would be
especially appreciated.
