Several. First, assuming you have coax running from the tower to the shack,
bond the braid of the coax at the base of the tower, and bond it at the shack.
And, of course, bond the tower to local ground electrodes (rods, plates, etc.)
Bond the shack ground to the power system ground, both at the local green wire
and direct to the breaker panel's ground electrodes (rods, plates, conductive
water pipe, building steel).
If you don't have coax running to the tower, buy a spool of #10 or #8 at your
local electrical supply store and run it from the tower to the shack. Yeah,
copper is expensive, thanks to the commodities market. But lightning damage can
get expensive too! :)
