[TowerTalk] Rebar cage for US Tower MARB-40 Rotor Base

I am in the pre construction phase of putting up an MARB-40 Rotor Base for a 
40 foot tubular tower.

Can anyone supply any cautions, dos , don'ts regarding construction?

The cage seems simple enough from the documantation supplied with the 
tower/base.

All help and suggestions wanted.
