[TowerTalk] Tower Removal Help

I have the opportunity to secure a tilt over tower from an estate sale.
Unfortunately, I know virtually nothing about towers.  It is a tilt over
model but I can not figure out how to work the winch in the "reverse" or
lower mode.  I have some photos of the tower if this would help present my
situation.

 

Can anybody please help me?
