Good news on the first step. Now try connecting a good shop vacuum (hooked up in reverse, to blow air) to one end of the conduit and see what you can blow through it. It might be a considerable amount of water. (I blew at least a gallon out of my little 40-foot run, prompting me to dig it up and do a better job of drainage.)
