Ditto on that here. I used a T2X to turn a 4el SteppIR and Optibeam OB2-40.
I wasn't aware that I shouldn't try to turn it in the wind.
The first rotator starting showing signs of trouble after 4 or 5 months and
had to be replaced after about 18 months. The new one has been up there
about a year now and its as good as new, but this time I've been very
careful not to turn it on windy days.
