Buy an OMNI 7, install DSL and offer the site as an HF Internet Remote for
all those hams that are restricted from building their own antenna farms.
Create an Internet Remote Club to fund an antenna farm for the Internet
Ready OMNI 7.
Here in Arlington County,VA the fire dept. built such a system and the RACES
volunteers have access to the site. The station covers 80-440MHz on a hill
top free of power lines, etc. Great listening and all have been able to work
anyone they can hear.

Heck, if someone really wanted a site up there, I have
a 400 foot commercial tower, right on the ny pa line,
overlooking Peakin Point ski area.
5 acres to build on!
