Just in the final planning stages here for my new antenna farm. Consider
that this is on a 55 x 125 foot City lot, before laughing or suggesting
multiple towers please.
My plans are to install a 50' Super Titan S300 tower with the following
antennas:
- Optibeam OB11-5 for 20-17-15-12-10
- Force12 Delta 240 for 40
- Optibeam OB6-5 or other 5el 6m
- Cushcraft A270-10S 5 element on 2m & 70cm
- Diamond XN300 Omni for 2m & 70cm
The question is how to effectively stack the beams to minimize
interaction and interference. Using a 20' length of mast leaves about
15' to play with
My first shot at stacking would go like this:
HF beam 2 feet above tower
40m beam 11 feet above HF beam
2/70 beam 8 feet above HF beam
6m beam 5 feet above HF beam
2/70 omni 13 feet above HF beam/top of mast
Is this reasonable? Suggestions?
