KO4XJ installed a vertical and used the following to install his radials: http://www.w4nja.org/ko4xj_80vert15.jpg His is a lot more complex than mine, as I use just one Buss Bar and he uses copper wire, while I use 19Ga. Aluminum Electric Fence Wire. I will cover mine with No-Alox for the spring and summer but this winter (no snow here in KY) seems to have no ill effects.
