[TowerTalk] G-1000 and G-2800 Yaesu Rotor issue

In a past thread, someone identified a problem with these rotors where in 
one direction, the speed was good yet in the opposite direction, the speed 
was extremely slow.  What was the fix or the source of the problem for 
this issue?  Help!
