Can't begin to remember the issue, but there was a simple homebrew,
add-on to a scope, in Ham Radio Magazine. Feeble thoughts of a 555 chip.
Maybe others, with, back issues, or the CD can find it. May not get to
the second decimal place, but something cheap to start.
