[TowerTalk] Tower Grounding

Sometime back, there was a posting which provided direction to a source
(URL) for a tower grounding clamp. At the time I saw it I thought it was a
good source for enabling a ground strap to be clamped to the tower.  Could
one of you please give me the URL to this source?
