No, it makes it a typical tower. They'd be pretty useless if you
couldn't climb them. The only exception is one of the aluminum tower
manufacturers
that doesn't want you climbing their tower which makes them relatively useless
IMO.
The weight of a climber is just vertical dead weight. A tower is rated
for horizontal wind forces so a climber doesn't have any influence on the
tower capacity.

Guyed or self-supporting? A guyed tower needs a bigger footprint to allow
for guy anchors; it's cheaper than a self-supporter if you've got the room for
it.

For the real story (and also if you're going to get a building permit for
the tower) you'll need an engineer to verify that the tower structure you're
interested in will meet your local weather conditions and building codes.
