Don.  Where are you located?

I just bought a used HG-70D and it has the gin pole for 
raising the tower.  I can take some pics if you like to 
show you how it is set up.  There's a plate attached to 
the pole for a winch.  At the top are two holes over the 
pulley to attach a backstay to.  The bottom has sections 
of angle iron attached and the whole thing sits on the 
edge of the concrete foundation.

If you're not too far you are welcome to use it to raise 
the tower vertical.
