The beam width of these small dishes is pretty narrow. Only a couple of
degrees. If the tower is in the way (unless it's the antennas) you'd only
need to put the small dish on about a 3' stand off to the side.
The odds are that unless the tower is within a couple of degrees of center
the dish will never know it's there.
If it's close only a trial will tell.
