I believe there is some evidence that some cancer clusters near power lines were caused not by electric nor magnetic fields, but due to the release into the air of pcbs after lightning strikes that exploded power transformers, whose transformer oil contained pcbs. And if there were a causal relationship with household electric current caused magnetic or electrical fields, there should be one-half the incidence in countries with 220v vs 110v distribution, but there isn't.
